Lord, we are in the middle of IVF and it is hard on our bodies, our hearts and our marriage. The shots, the appointments and the waiting take so much out of us.
We ask You for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. Bless every step, the medicine, the retrieval, the transfer and the days after. Give wisdom to our doctors and the lab.
Guard our hope from turning into fear. When we get bad news, hold us close. When we get good news, help us rejoice without being afraid.
Keep us united. Help us be gentle with each other and honest about how we feel.
Now the God of hope fill us with all joy and peace in believing, that we may abound in hope. Fill us with that hope today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
