“I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.”
Psalm 32:8 (KJV)
Lord, I have a long commute ahead. Keep me safe on the road and calm in traffic.
Protect me from accidents and careless drivers. Help me not rush or get angry. Use this time to pray, think and prepare for the day.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. Guide me today, Lord.
Bring me safely to work and safely home again. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Short prayer to remember
Guide me on the road today, Lord, and keep me calm. Amen.
