“For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.”
Psalm 91:11 (KJV)
Lord, I am about to start my shift. I do not know what I will face today.
Protect my body and mind. Give me alertness, sound judgment and calm in tense moments. Help me act with fairness, courage and compassion.
Protect the people I serve and the officers beside me.
For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. Send Your angels with me today.
Bring me home safely to my family tonight. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Short prayer to remember
Lord, give Your angels charge over me on this shift. Amen.
