Prayer to Forgive Yourself

For when God has forgiven you but you cannot let it go.

“As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.”

Psalm 103:12 (KJV)

Lord, I have asked You to forgive me, and I believe You have. But I still cannot forgive myself. I keep replaying what I did.

Help me receive Your forgiveness fully. Silence the voice of shame.

As far as the east is from the west, so far hath He removed our transgressions from us. If You have removed my sin that far, help me stop carrying it.

Help me make things right where I can and move forward. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
