“The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.”
Psalm 121:7-8 (KJV)
Lord, I am traveling to another country. I am excited, and I also feel the risks of being far from home.
Protect me on every flight, road and street. Keep me safe from theft, accidents and sickness. Give me wisdom about where to go and whom to trust.
Help me respect the people and culture I meet. Let me be a blessing there.
The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: He shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in. Preserve me, Lord.
Watch over my family at home and bring me back safely. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Short prayer to remember
Lord, preserve my going out and coming in on this trip. Amen.
