Night Prayer for Forgiveness of Today

For ending the day by owning your mistakes and receiving grace.

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

1 John 1:9 (KJV)

Lord, as this day ends, I look back and see where I fell short. I said things I should not have said and left good things undone.

I am sorry. Forgive me and clean my heart. Help me make things right with anyone I hurt.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Thank You for Your faithful forgiveness.

Let me sleep in peace, not guilt. Help me do better tomorrow. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
