Lord, it is night in the hospital. The machines beep, the lights never fully go off, and sleep is hard to find.
Give rest to my body. Ease any pain. Watch over the nurses and doctors working tonight and help them notice what I need.
When I remember Thee upon my bed, and meditate on Thee in the night watches. Help me remember You in this bed tonight.
Comfort my family and give them rest too. Bring healing and a good morning. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
